R Series

Cast iron / brass radial submersible pumps R
Well pumps and electric pumps

TECHNICAL FEATURES:
These new radial submersible electric pumps for 6 "8" wells consist of a modular series of elements encased within a steel shell and allow the disposal of relatively low flow rates with high operating heads. The diffusers are made of polycarbonate for the 6 "pumps and of cast iron for the 8" ones. The radial flow impellers, dynamically balanced and locked on the splined shaft, are made of brass. The AISI431 stainless steel pump shaft is guided by rubber bearings at each intermediate body, and by a bronze bearing housed in the suction body. The latter, made of steel for the 6 "pumps and cast iron for the 8" ones, allows the connection to the motor and protects the shaft coupling. The delivery body in steel for 6 "and in cast iron for 8", is threaded 3 "Gas and houses the flap of the closing valve.

USES:
Deep water lifting. Installation in boreholes or in the open. Sprinkler or flow irrigation systems. Water, industrial and fire-fighting applications. Water supply for civil use. Lowering of water table, raising of pressure.

USE LIMITS:
Mechanically and chemically non-aggressive fresh water lifting according to the materials normally used in production. Maximum water temperature: 35ºC. Maximum water hardness: 40 g / m³. Depth of installation: up to 400 meters in standard execution. 2-pole performance - 50 Hz.

  • Flow rates up to 120 m3 / h
  • Heads up to 495 meters.
  • Powers up to 92 kw
