CHARACTERISTICS AND USES
Both in the agricultural and industrial fields, these single-impeller horizontal axis monobloc centrifugal electric pumps are widely used in conveying chemically and mechanically non-aggressive liquids using gray cast iron for the hydraulic parts and tempered steel for the pump shaft.
Constructionally, the flanging of the hydraulic part to the normal electric motors unified in form B3 / B5 / B14, is obtained by means of a rigid joint, the seal is a packing seal with an adjustable flange and a special and easily replaceable chromed bushing protects the shaft in correspondence with the stuffing box. A version with a mechanical seal is also available on request.
Precisely the construction feature of these flanged type electric pumps and therefore with protruding and non-integral shaft, allows the coupling of the hydraulic part to existing motors or that can be purchased separately with the advantage of the possibility of special versions such as explosion-proof electric motors.
USE LIMITS:
Three-phase asynchronous electric motors. Voltages 220/380 - 380/660 Volt. Class F insulation. IP55 protection. Performance at 2 poles - 50 Hz. Star / delta starting for powers greater than 7.5 kw. EFF2 efficiency. External ventilation. Maximum pumped liquid temperature 80 ° C. Maximum ambient temperature 40 ° C. Maximum water hardness 40 p.p.m.
